This is an unidentified crest-shaped patch which reads U.S. GROUP C.C. D.P. on a blue field and has blue, white and red stripes at its top border.

Circa unknown.

3-3/8" height and 3-3/8" width.

Multi-piece felt patch embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
