This is an unidentified oval patch featuring "Comm Cat", a happy-go-lucky technician marching in front of a thunderbolt and carrying a toolbox reading NAV.
VINTAGE:Circa unknown.
SIZE:3-7/8" height and 3-3/8" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully-embroidered in cotton/silk threads.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): Patch shows moderate wear along edge.
