This is an unidentified round patch showing a yellow triangle at center with a lightning bolt and three stars.
VINTAGE:Circa unknown.
SIZE:3-3/16" diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully-embroidered in multi-colored cotton/silk threads.
