BEING RESEARCHED - Unidentified Numbered Triangle Badge, Japanese? NOT FOR SALE UNTIL IDENTIFIED

This is an unidentified numbered triangle-shaped badge, possibly Japanese in origin. The badge is enameled in white with blue writing on its face in a T formation.

Circa unknown.

Approximately 1-1/4" in height and 1-15/16" in width.

Plated brass with enameled areas, brass pin.

Horizontal safety-style pin.

181 and Japanese writing (please see photo).
