This is a postal hat badge of unknown vintage and possibly French origin. It is a wreath of laurels with the letters PTT at center, which probably stand for Postes, Télégraphes et Téléphones (Postal, Telegraph and Telephone), a French government department established in 1921.
VINTAGE:Circa unknown.
SIZE:Approximately 1-5/8" in height and 1-9/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass.
ATTACHMENT:Two screw posts.
MARKINGS:None.
