ARTIFACT:

This is an unidentified Chinese insignia with a seemingly Ben Franklinesque theme. The pin is round and blue and bordered in a tangerine color, with a number 1, lightning bolt and skeleton key all in orange as well.
VINTAGE:Circa unknown.
SIZE:Approximately 11/16" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with painted areas.
ATTACHMENT:Threaded post with screw-on backing.
MARKINGS:Chinese writing (please see photo).
