This is an unidentified sterling silver wing reading TIFA on a white cloud at its center and PILOT beneath.

Circa unknown.

Approximately 9/16" in height and 2-1/16" in width.

Sterling silver with enamel.

Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
