This is an unidentified lapel wing by an unidentified maker. The wing has a two blade propeller at its center bearing the enameled letters PAS, perhaps initials for an early aviation school.
VINTAGE:Circa unknown.
SIZE:Approximately 9/16" in height and 15/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:(V or W?)W & R.
