BEING RESEARCHED - PAS (Aviation School?) Lapel Wing with Maker Mark - NOT FOR SALE UNTIL IDed

This is an unidentified lapel wing by an unidentified maker. The wing has a two blade propeller at its center bearing the enameled letters PAS, perhaps initials for an early aviation school.

Circa unknown.

Approximately 9/16" in height and 15/16" in width.

Gold-plated brass, enamel.

Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
