BEING RESEARCHED NVA? North Korean? PRC? Belt Buckle Red & Blue Star Logo NOT FOR SALE til IDed

This is an unidentified belt buckle that may be North Vietnamese, North Korean or from the People's Republic of China. It has a red and blue circle bearing a yellow star. There are some numerals and characters on the front .

Circa unknown.

1-9/16" height and 2-7/16" width.

Brass with painted areas.

Rectangular loop and swiveling loop plate.
