BEING RESEARCHED - Free French in Indochina/China Local-Made Patch/Insignia- NOT FOR SALE UNTIL IDed

This is an unidentified World War II insignia, most likely a beret patch or a shoulder insignia made in either China or Indochina. It shows a dragon over a Cross of Lorraine, and may be related to the Free French in Indochina or China.
