BEING RESEARCHED - Deco "DSA" Lapel Wing by Noble of Chicago - NOT FOR SALE UNTIL IDed

This is an unidentified lapel wing reading "DSA" at its center against blue enamel. The wing has a lovely floral sunburst radiating our from behind the letters.

Circa unknown.

Approximately 7/16" in height and 1-1/4" in width.

Plated brass and enamel.

Horizontal pin with C catch.
