This is an unidentified lapel wing by J. O. Pollack Co. Chicago. At its center is a crest reading COMET against a black field .The wing could possibly be related to the first commercial jetliner of the same name.
VINTAGE:Circa unknown.
SIZE:Approximately 3/8" in height and 1-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with painted details.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal safety-style pin.
MARKINGS:J. O. POLLACK CO. CHICAGO.
