BEING RESEARCHED - "AFS" Lapel Wing, Possibly for Flight School - NOT FOR SALE UNTIL IDed

This is an unidentified lapel wing reading AFS. The pin is possibly for a flight school, and the lettering is in a Deco style.

Circa unknown.

Approximately 5/16" in height and 3/4" in width.

Plated brass with enamel.

Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

None.
