Description

ARTIFACT:

This is an unidentified enameled lapel stud by Dorrety of Boston reading NARP and showing a plane. The stud is of 1930s-World War II vintage and could possibly be for the Newton Air Raid Precautions.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1930s-World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 11/16" in height and 1/2" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

lapel stud.

MARKINGS:

DORRETY OF BOSTON.

ITEM NOTES:

8 (Excellent-): The stud has some slight wear and tarnish only and all enamel is intact.
