BEING IDed - WWII French Fish Pin Formation Premilitaire de l' Isere? - NOT FOR SALE TIL IDed

This is a World War II French pin with an unknown insignia depicting a blue enameled fish. The fish bears a resemblance to one found on a pin for the Formation Premilitaire de l' Isere (Premilitary Training of Isere), so this could be a possibility.

Circa World War II.

About 7/16" in width by 9/16" in height.

Gold-plated brass with enamel accents.

Vertical safety-style pin with C catch and saddle.
