ARTIFACT: This is a beautiful circa World War II Canadian-made Royal Air Force/Royal Canadian Air Force (and possibly Royal Australian Air Force) officer service dress hat badge. The badge has a Muir Cap & Regalia Limited of Toronto label on reverse. It has a brass eagle with bullion wreathing topped by a crown with velvet details.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 2-3/4" in height and 2-5/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Wool embroidered in bullion and silk/cotton threads, velvet, gilt brass, treated backing, paper tag.

ATTACHMENT: None.
