Beautiful WWI USN CPO Sweetheart Pin in Enameled 10K Rose Gold by Patrol

Beautiful WWI United States Navy CPO Sweetheart Pin in enameled 10K (tested) rose gold by Patrol. Pin is lovely, delicate and features an anchor in the center with the letters "USN" surrounded by a disc of light blue enamel.

Circa WWII.

Approximately 1-1/2" in length x 1/2" in height.

Enameled 10K rose gold.

Horizontal pin with drop in locking catch.

Patrol maker mark.
