Beautiful WWI Croce Rossa Italiana Italian Red Cross Badge by Johnson Milano

Beautiful WWI Croce Rossa Italiana (Italian Red Cross) enameled member badge by Johnson in Milano. The center of the shield-shaped badge is a raised, white enamel disc with a red cross and the surrounding is detailed in green enamel. The reverse stud shows a maker's mark that reads: "S. JOHNSON MILANO".

Circa WWII.

Approximately 1-1/4" in height x 1-1/16" in width.

Enameled & gilt brass.
