ARTIFACT:

Beautiful old circa 1900 'stock' Constable shield. The badge reads: "CONSTABLE" in the center and accented with nicely engraved embellishments. The reverse shows a nice maker's mark that reads: "NOBLE & WESTBROOK MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CONN U.S.A."
