ARTIFACT: This is a Beautiful Mid - Late 1930's United States Air Corps Balloon Pilot Wing in Silvered Brass by AMCRAFT. An early pre-WWII example of a clutch back wing, which was a special order at higher cost at the time.

VINTAGE: Mid - Late 1930s.

SIZE: Approximately: 1" in height x 3-1/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silvered Brass, brass clutch back.

ATTACHMENT: Clutch Backings.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a US Air Service Wing collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. CON-RLB-MDJX02/12 LACIEX06/03/24

CONDITION: 9- (Excellent+): The wing shows little to minor wear and overall, it is in excellent condition.
