VINTAGE:Circa 1930's.
SIZE:About 3-1/8" in width by 1" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with a tongue type "C" catch.
MARKINGS:None.
