ARTIFACT:

This is a Beautiful Late 1940's Santa Barbara County California Deputy Sheriff Badge # 124 by LAS&SCO L.A. STAMP & STATY. CO.

VINTAGE:

late 1940s.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-11/16" in height x 2-5/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gilt & Enameled brass, and hard-fired blue enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical kick type pin with forked locking catch.

MARKINGS:

L.A. STAMP &

8+ (Excellent): The badge shows minor wear and much of the gilt detail remains intact, overall, it is in excellent condition.
