This is a beautiful Japanese machine-made shoulder patch for the United States Army 158th Regimental Combat Team, a unit also known as the "Bushmasters". The patch shows a hissing snake wrapped around the blade of a sword.
VINTAGE:Circa 1945 (Japanese occupation period).
SIZE:3-7/16 in height and 3-5/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silk embroidered with silk threads.
