This is a Beautiful, HEAVY World War I - 1920's United State Navy CPO Chief Petty Officer Hat Badge in Sterling by Mark A. E. Co.  American Emblem Company Utica, NY.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War I - 1920's.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-3/4" in height x 1-1/8" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical pin with drop in locking catch.

MARKINGS:
