This is a beautiful circa 1900 Neptune Township, New Jersey Police badge numbered With this low number, this badge may have been for the Chief at the time. Neptune Township is within Monmouth County, a part of the metropolitan area of neighboring New York. The center of the badge shows the Seal of the State of New Jersey.
VINTAGE:Circa 1900.
SIZE:Approximately 2-7/8" in height and 1-3/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical kick pin with C catch.
MARKINGS:None.
