Beautiful CBI-Made Bullion USAAF Headquarters Patch

This is a beautiful bullion United States Army Air Forces Headquarters shoulder patch made in the China-Burma-India theatre. The patch shows a winged star with a bullion border.

Circa World War II.

3" diameter.

Blue felt patch embroidered in red silk/cotton and bullion threads with muslin backing.
