Beautiful and Scarce Ca. 1940 British-American Ambulance Corps Donation Lapel Pin

This is a 1940's British-American Ambulance Corps donation lapel pin. They usually don't come in this size. The pin is adorned with the British flag and a crown. Also on the pin is an anchor and wings.
