This is a beautiful and rare American-made cap badge for Chinese aviation cadets who trained for service in the United States. The badge is sterling silver and shows a beautiful white sun on a field of blue.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:1-1/4" diameter (cotter pin is 1-7/16" length).
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver with blue and white enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two silver loops with brass cotter pin.
MARKINGS:STERLING.
