ARTIFACT: This is a beautiful circa 1939 Sports Competition Day tinnie or badge for SA Gruppe Hochland. The tinnie shows a vertical short sword against an edelweiss and reads SA-GRUPPE HOCHLAND 1939 SA-GRUPPEN WETTKAMPFE. The badge was made in Munich and has a great maker mark on reverse.

VINTAGE: Circa 1939.

SIZE: Approximately 1-7/8" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Stamped brass.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical safety-style pin.

MARKINGS: RZM mark KLOTZU KIENAST MUNCHEN M 9/3.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Nazi Germany collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MBEX13 LADEX2/13

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The tinnie has some light wear and tarnish.
