ARTIFACT:

This is a circa 1939 tinnie for the SA (Sturmabteilung) Gruppe Kurpfalz competition day. The tinnie is in plastic and reads S-A-GRUPPE KURPFALZ GRUPPEN WETTKAMPFTAGE 193The design is a great three-dimensional juxtaposition of two men in profile, each about to hurl a hammer.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1939.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-9/16" in diameter.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Plastic.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal safety-style pin.

MARKINGS:

WALGO KIERSPE-BHF I/W M9/20, maker mark.

ITEM NOTES:
