This is a Beautiful 1930's United States Navy Pilot Wing in 10K Gold Fill on Sterling Unmarked by Blackinton.

1930s.

Approximately: 7/8" in height x 2-3/4" in width.

Sterling silver, 10K Gold Fill.

Horizontal pin with come-under locking catch.
