ARTIFACT: Beautiful 1930's early 1940's Latvian Aero Klubs Member Badge in .875 fine silver by Bergs. This is the second pattern badge of the Latvian Aero Klub, a non-military organization to which many pilots belonged to prior to the war. The three stars are a traditional symbol and appear in other Latvian insignia. This is a large, full-size badge.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930's – early 1940's

SIZE: Approximately 1 1/2" x 2 3/8"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: .875 Fine Silver.

ATTACHMENT: Single screw post with disc backing.

MARKINGS: .875 S.BERGS.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a small group of foreign militaria which we will be listing more of over the next few months. LADJX16 LDGEX10/16

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The pin shows some light wear and minor tarnishing. Lovely, even patina.
