Beautiful 1930s-40s Danielson CT Fire Dept Assistant Chief Badge in Sterling Silver

This is a Beautiful 1930's - 1940's Danielson Connecticut Fire Department Assistant Chief Badge in Sterling Silver. Looks to have originally had a gold wash, but polishing & patination make it hard to see.

1930s - 1940s.

Approximately 2-7/8" in height x 1-7/8" in width.

Sterling silver with hard-fired blue enamel.

Vertical kick type pin with forked locking catch.

8+ (Excellent): The badge shows minor wear, and looks to have originally had a gold wash, but polishing & patination make it hard to see.  Overall, it shows beautiful patina.
