ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1960s check pilot wing by Balfour for Pan Am. The wing is topped by a star and has PAN AM and a bar showing three golden stars beneath it enameled in robin's-egg blue.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/16" in height and 2-3/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: 10 karat gold-filled with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: LGB 10K NSF.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airlines collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAGEX11 LGGEX5/11 depGEX10/14 SLGGEX11/14 SGGEX2/16

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The wing shows very light wear and there is a very small hole in one section of the enamel.
