ARTIFACT:

This is a World War II Australian-made jacket patch for the United States Far East Air Force. The patch is diamond-shaped and shows a winged star against a field with a sun and five smaller stars.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

2-13/16" height and 3-3/16" width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Blue fully-embroidered patch in blue, gold, red and white cotton/silk threads.
