This is a 1990's United States Navy Police K-9 Corp Badge # 7551 by Blackinton.

1990s.

Approximately: 3-1/8" in height x 2-1/4" in width.

Chrome and gold-plated nickel with hard fired blue enamel.

Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
