Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a circa 1990's Hawaiian Airlines pilot wing for over 10 years of service, 3rd issue. In operation since 1929, Hawaiian Airlines changed its name to is current moniker in 194The wing shows a red bird at center and is topped by a crown.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1990's.

SIZE:

Approximately 3/4" in height and 2-13/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Nickel-plated brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

Two posts with clutch-backs.

MARKINGS:

None.

ITEM NOTES:

This is from an airline collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBJX12 LADEX12/12 ADEX?

8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The wing shows light wear and tarnish.
