1980s South Carolina Highway Patrol Patch NO LONGER AVAILABLE

This is a 1980s South Carolina Highway Patrol patch. It is embroidered on twill with the South Carolina seal and the words ANIMIS OPIBUS QUE PARATI (Prepared in mind and resources) and DUM SPIRO PERO (While I breathe, I hope).

Circa 1980s.

Approximately 3-13/16" in height and 3-13/16" in width.

Twill embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, mesh backing.
