This is a 1980s patch for Pease Air Force Base in Newington/Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The Base is no longer in operation but it continues its tradition of civil aviation dating to the 1930s. The patch shows an aircraft being refueled in flight.
VINTAGE:Circa 1980s.
SIZE:Approximately 2-15/16" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Cotton embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, gauzy backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The patch shows little wear and one crease.
