1980s New York State Police Patch

This is a 1980s New York State Police patch. It is embroidered on twill with the state seal and motto: EXCELSIOR (Ever upward).

Circa 1980s.

Approximately 4" in height and 3-9/16" in width.

Twill embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, mesh backing.

To be sewn onto garment.
