This is a 1980's Metropolitan Police (District of Columbia) patch. It is embroidered on twill with the Capitol Building at its center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1980's.
SIZE:Approximately 5-1/8" in height and 3-7/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Twill embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, vinyl backing.
