This is a circa 1980s Victoria, British Columbia (Canada) Police patch. The patch is embroidered on blue twill and has the City Seal at center.

Approximately 3-5/8" in height and 2-3/4" in width.

Twill embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester thread, cloth backing.
