ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1980s second officer wing for Metro Airlines, which operated from 1969 until 1993. The wing is by V. H. Blackinton amd shows a white bird at center formed from the letter "M".

VINTAGE: Circa 1980s.

SIZE: Approximately 3/4" in height and 3-1/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel-plated brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts with clutch-backs.

MARKINGS: VHB (V. H. Blackinton maker mark).

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airline collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBJX12 LIEX12/12 SIEX12/13

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The wing shows very little wear.
