This is a 1980s Maryland Toll Facilities Police patch. It is embroidered on cotton with the State of Maryland seal.
VINTAGE:Circa 1980s.
SIZE:Approximately 4-5/8" in height and 3-7/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Cotton embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, vinylized mesh backing.
