This is a 1976 Mountie shoulder badge for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) - Gendarmerie Royale du Canada (GRC). It is embroidered on twill with a heraldic logo at its center and some gold tinsel thread details.
VINTAGE:Circa 1976.
SIZE:Approximately 2-1/4" in height and 4-3/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Twill embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, tinsel threads, dark mesh backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
