ARTIFACT: This is a 1972 decal for the United States Navy's Underwater Demolition Team, who worked on the recovery of the Apollo 17 spacecraft after the last manned lunar landing. This decal shows the capsule with three launched parachutes and reads APOLLO 17 UDT RECOVERY TEAM DEC. - 1972.

VINTAGE: Circa 1972.

SIZE: 4-1/2" height and 3-1/8" width.
