Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a circa 1970s or 1980s Pennsylvania Deputy Game Protector badge. The role of the Deputy Game Protector is on a volunteer basis for the State Game Commission to supplement staff during busy times, such as hunting seasons. The large badge has an enameled Seal of the State of Pennsylvania at center.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1970s-1980s.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-1/2" in height and 2-1/8" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Plated brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
