This is a 1960s United States Army Air Cavalry Troop 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment patch. The patch shows a soldier riding the back of an aircraft while leading a charge with a drawn sword. Banners affixed to the wings reads BRAVE RIFLES.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 3-15/16" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Twill embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester threads, mesh backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.
