This is a distinctive insignia for the United States Army 11th Infantry Regiment by Susco. The DI is a shield showing a castle, a crossed bolo and kamplian, and the arrow of Satanta, a Kiowa chief.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 15/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts.
MARKINGS:SUSCO S-21.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The DI shows only some small spots of light wear and tarnish.
