ARTIFACT: Great 1960's Pan Am Airways table lighter presented to Bahamas parliamentary leader and real estate magnate Donald E. Albenas, made in Japan. The table lighter is a cube of Lucite that features a brass Boeing 720 flying a sign that reads: DONALD E. d'ALBENAS" with the Pan Am logo. Beneath the aircraft it shows another, large Pan Am logo and surrounding it reads: "WHEREVER IN THE WORLD YOU TRAVEL YOU'RE BETTER OFF WITH PAN AM".

VINTAGE: Circa early to mid-1960's

SIZE: Approximately: 3-1/2" x 1-3/4" x 2-1/4".

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Lucite, brass, steel

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: "JAPAN" on igniter in between lever and wick

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): The lighter shows moderate to heavy wear, some oxidation to steel ring on top, overall, very fine condition.
